Each week, Adopt an ANGEL volunteers visit local animal controls to identify pets available for adoption\u2014focusing on those overlooked, short on time, or with special needs. When space allows, they cover adoption fees, bring animals into our program, and move them to foster homes or boarding facilities. From there, pets receive necessary veterinary care, including spay\/neuter services, vaccinations, and heartworm treatment for dogs. Cats and kittens are placed in Petco or Pet Supermarket adoption centers, where they receive daily care until adopted.<\/p>\n

We also respond to countless inquiries about homeless pets, offering guidance to help keep them out of shelters. Our commitment includes taking back any animal we\u2019ve adopted out\u2014sometimes several each week.
